Damage Survey (Cargo & Containers)

Condition Survey (Cargo, Containers & Vessel)

We conduct various range in condition survey includes pre-shipment of cargo, during loading and discharge condition survey. Most commonly we help clients to identify any abnormalities found prior to receive or ship out a cargo so the

liable shall bind by correct party. Our surveyors are well trained to be detailed on any findings and able to advise on probable of consequence that might occur after, whether it will be at acceptable range or should be disqualified and put up for claims.

Lashing & Securing

Inspection of cargo securing both in ship and containers. We study the details and characteristics of the cargo prior to be load lashed on a container or vessel to ensure that the type and strength of lashing applied are suitable to hold the cargo on various normal encounter of impacts and did not harm the cargo as well. Together with Lashing Certificate we provide a report inclusive set of photographs describing the lashing made for better understanding of our client.

On/Off Hire Bunker & Condition

On-Hire Surveys / Off-Hire Surveys is very important for a client when hiring a vessel to limit their liability, by ensuring they have the correct information on the condition of the vessel and work required in respect of the Charter Party. Our survey reports are include a detailed description of a vessel’s cargo spaces / deck areas structural condition, cargo space cleanliness, bunkers on board, listing of the vessel’s statutory certificates, portable securing equipment, etc. On discrepancies differences arise in a bunker delivery operation, our surveyors are be able to find the error, if any, or to give out the right figures for third party agreement.

Bunker Survey

The role of a bunker quantity surveyor is to be an independent party engaged to witness a bunker operation and ensure it compliance to bunker delivery procedures. Break Bulk and Out of Gauge (OOG) Cargo Survey

Our surveyors will use their industry experience to oversee and document the safe loading and unloading of un-containerised cargo. Our surveyors work alongside with various shipping companies worldwide to ensure the safe transportation of all types of cargo aiding in safe and secure lifting, cradling and stowage. All cargo is inspected before and after loading or discharge, and its condition is recorded in detail as well as documenting with photographic evidence and taking chronological written notes. If required these aspects are then written up into a comprehensive survey which documents the process for the client’s records.

P&I Club Survey & Investigation

Protection and indemnity insurance, commonly known as P&I insurance, is a form of marine insurance provided by a P&I club. As surveyors we are appointed on behalf of random P&I Clubs where onboard vessel or shore investigation are carried out in order to establish on any damage, contamination of cargo, onboard sampling the operational condition of the vessel and the competence of the on-board management both of which are required to conform to acceptable standards.
